Delivery methods and indicative lead times, the applicable Incoterms, and the point at which ownership and risk pass to the buyer.
Conformity and warranties
The condition and traceability of parts supplied, the documentation provided with each part, and the warranty, inspection, and return conditions that apply.
Liability
The scope and limits of the Company's liability, exclusions, and the buyer's obligations on inspection, airworthiness assessment, and end use.
Confidentiality
How commercial and technical information exchanged between the parties is handled and protected.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. The competent courts of Bordeaux have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
